Mr. Zhang Zhi Ping

Mr. Zhang has over 30 years of securities industry experience and has a deep understanding of the PRC financial markets. And possesses profound networks covering Russia, Eastern Europe and middle Asia which is a valuable asset to the Group's future investment and strategic development in those regions. He also acts as the Executive Chairman of Finance Center for South-South Cooperation and the Co-Chairman of Tsinghua PBCSF Alumni Association.

Dr. John Wu

Dr. Wu has accumulated rich experience in international communication and government resources, and has a thorough understanding of Chinese policies. He joined Oriental Patron since 2017 as Chairman of the Group. Also acts as Vice-President and Director-General of Finance Center for South-South Cooperation since June 2015.

With his efficient and decisive style. Mr. Zhang is leading the Group to become an international first-class financial service team. Mr. Zhang also acting as Independent Non-Executive Director of Beijing Enterprise Water Group Limited.

Mr. L. Jeffrey Chan

Mr. Chan has Worked for a major international accounting firm and has over 30 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance and the securities industry. In the past years working in Oriental Patron, he led the professional team to assist over a hundred of enterprises in listing on board, financing and M&A by using his comprehensive financial knowledge and thorough understanding of law and regulation, industry structure and financial operation.
